Origami for grown-ups

Today as I was about to leave the Youga station, I happenned to bump into this pretty funny book:
"Origami for grown-ups".
It teaches you how to enjoy origami with ... yen bills !

Every origami is proposed with it's degree of interest to salary-men, or OLs (office ladies), depending on the subject. Subjects ranging from the famous crab of this restaurant in Osaka, to shells, super heroes (here rainbowman made out of a ¥10,000 bill, but you can also find how to make Kamen Rider) and youkai (Japanese traditional monsters).

The one I tried to make is supposed to be "お風呂あがり目玉おやじ", that is to say : "middle-aged-eyeball-man-after-the-bath", and is said to have a wide appeal for OLs (made out of a ¥1,000 bill).

Check out more designs by following this link, and you can also find the book at amazon.co.jp.
